Припой серебряный ПСр МЦ-37 для пайки деталей зубных протезов.

Описание Назначение:  Припой серебряный ПСр МЦ-37 используется для пайки протезов которые были изготовлены из нержавеющей стали и сплава кобальто-хромового. Химический состав (мас %): серебро - 36,5-38,5 никель - не больше 8 марганец - не больше 8 цинк - не больше 20 медь - остаток Способ пайки: Приступив к пайке, сначала нужно промазать места спая бурой и равномерно прогрев весь протез нейтральным пламенем паяльного аппарата. Бура начинает вспучиваться, потом оседает, становится стекловидной и затекает в места спая. К месту спая прикладывают дрот припоя серебряного, направляя на него пламя аппарата. Припой должен хорошо растечься между спаюваемимы поверхностями.  Спаянный протез (вместе с гипсовой массой) опускают в холодную воду для термической обработки. Затем протез очищают от остатков гипсовой массы, отбеливают.   После отбеливания спаяный протез механически обрабатывают и полируют.
